Vicky has dedicated more than 20 years to serving seniors, families, and caregivers, building a remarkable career rooted in compassion, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others. Throughout her journey in home care, she has worked in nearly every role imaginable, from caregiver and scheduler to manager and on-call support. This hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of what clients, families, and caregivers need most during life’s most important moments.
As our Director of On-Call Operations, Vicky is the reassuring voice and steady presence helping to ensure continuity of care during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. When families need support outside of traditional business hours, Vicky is there, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure clients receive the care they deserve, and caregivers have the support they need to succeed.
What truly sets Vicky apart is her heart. She believes every client should feel respected, valued, and cared for like family. Her dedication, kindness, and commitment to excellence make a lasting impact on everyone she serves.
When she’s not supporting clients and caregivers, Vicky enjoys spending time with her beloved grandchildren and snuggling her three dachshunds, who keep her life filled with laughter and love.
