I know that it’s not a newsflash that Cynthia is a rockstar, but a mutual client’s DPOA/friend/neighbor just called me and that’s how she started our conversation. Our client was Royanna Palmer, whom I referred to Cynthia when her DPOA Victoria needed to put a care plan in place for Royanna’s return home under palliative care. I told her hands down, Cynthia at HC Pros.

Royanna died peacefully at home today where she wanted to be, with your caregiver by her side. Victoria raved about Cynthia and the care team. I agreed and said that Cynthia will put on her scrubs and fill shifts when caregivers are unavailable for a shift. She said, “oh yes, she had to do that twice!”

It’s not everyone in our industry who will go the extra mile(s) for clients like that but as long as I’ve known Cynthia, she always has and always will.

It has been 3 months since we acquired the home health care services with HomeCare Professionals for our mom. It is one of the best selections we have made.

Please extend our compliments and appreciation to the staffing manager for her exceptional level of customer care, service, and professionalism. Each time we contact the staffing manager via calls, texts, or emails, she promptly replies and provides workable solutions. The caregiver, turns out to be such a good match for us. She is conscientious and a joy to work with. The on-call staff, has also been extremely helpful. We have not had a pleasure to speak with Livermore staffing manager directly but are aware that he is part of the reason things run smoothly.
